Crafted entirely from Sauvignon grapes, this wine showcases a fresh and elegant aroma on the nose. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for more than six months in new Acacia wood barrels. This imparts a complex, smoky flavor to the wine, complemented by notes of apricots and honey. With its rich and bold character, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to fatty fish like salmon, or as a perfect pairing with your favorite cheese fondue or cheese platter.
