When you complete your purchase at checkout, enter your discount code in the field that appears when you click on “Do you have a discount code?”. If the offer is active, the discount is automatically deducted at checkout when the terms of the offer are met.
It is also possible to apply a discount code in the shopping cart.
Discounts without a discount code are automatically displayed at checkout.
As soon as you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation, contact our customer service and we will help you.
Contact us as soon as possible after you receive your item. If you see the damage already upon receiving the delivery, notify the driver immediately.
When you report this to us, please send pictures of the damaged item and we will help you replace the item as soon as possible.
You have a 14 day return right within the EU. Note however that the items must be returned in full and in their original state and packaging. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.
